Since leaving the rat race in 2003, I’ve have launched many businesses (some successful, some really not so!) from local to corporate.
The one consistent thing I have found is the struggles to market each and every business.
I have learnt the hard way, made my own mistakes, and found out the correct paths, USP’s (unique selling points) and what the end customer or user actually wants.
Along my journey I have used many MANY third parties for my marketing and advertising due to having partners and being unable to give it the dedication I knew it needed due to running other parts of the business day to day.
My main finding is that their main goal is client turn over well over client retention!
