These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the OutFoxxed website and services.
By purchasing a product, using our website, or participating in our affiliate programme, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided
OutFoxxed provides:
- Website foundation setup services
- Hosting (where applicable)
- Optional email configuration
- Optional access to training, consultancy, or community resources
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, services are provided as one-off setups, not ongoing management or retainers.
3. Website Foundation Service
The website foundation service includes:
- Installation and configuration of WordPress
- Installation of WooCommerce where required
- Hosting for the stated term (usually 12 months)
- Core pages and structural templates
- Branding application (logo and colour palette)
This service does not include:
- Full content writing
- Product uploads beyond example templates
- Ongoing site management or marketing
- Custom development unless agreed separately
The service is designed to provide a starting foundation, not a fully bespoke or finished website.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information via the setup form
- Supplying branding assets where applicable
- Ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide
OutFoxxed is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
5. Ownership & Rights
Once the website setup is complete:
- You own your website, files, and content in full
- You may move, export, or host the website elsewhere at any time
- No exit fees or transfer charges apply
OutFoxxed retains no ownership over your website once delivered, other than any licensed third-party software governed by their own terms.
6. Hosting & Renewals
Where hosting is included:
- Hosting is provided for the stated term only
- Renewal is optional and charged separately
- You are free to move hosting elsewhere at the end of the term
OutFoxxed is not responsible for hosting-related issues once hosting has expired or been transferred.
7. Payments & Refunds
- All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise
- Payments must be made in full before work begins
- Due to the nature of digital setup services, refunds are not available once work has started
If a service cannot be delivered due to fault on our side, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
8. Third-Party Services
OutFoxxed may use third-party tools, plugins, or platforms (such as WordPress plugins or hosting providers).
We are not responsible for:
- Changes made by third-party providers
- Downtime or issues outside our control
- Licensing terms imposed by third-party software
9. Affiliate Programme
OutFoxxed operates an affiliate programme for selected products and services.
Affiliate terms:
- Commission rate is stated at the time of signup (currently 20%)
- Tracking is handled via referral links
- Commission is paid on completed, qualifying purchases only
- Self-referrals are not permitted
- Abuse, manipulation, or misleading promotion will result in removal from the programme
OutFoxxed reserves the right to:
- Modify or terminate the affiliate programme
- Withhold commission in cases of suspected fraud or misuse
Affiliates act independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of OutFoxxed.
10. Community & Training Access
Where services include or link to community or training platforms:
- Access terms are governed by the platform used
- Community participation is optional
- Behaviour must remain respectful and constructive
OutFoxxed reserves the right to remove access in cases of abuse, harassment, or disruption.
11. Limitation of Liability
OutFoxxed is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Decisions made based on information provided
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
